Our stock room is filled to the brim with classics, quirky bits and the odd relic that makes us roll our eyes at wedding trends gone by! Whether you’re interested in the latest trends or one-off gems that give a wedding character, we have something for you. At Labola, we know that each wedding and budget is different, so you can choose from our wedding decor rental service only, or request our venue styling and setup services so you don’t have to lift a finger- except for when you slip on that raaaang!
Let your imagination run wild. We do arrangements, centerpieces, flower crowns, flower walls, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and more! We appreciate flowers on any budget, by creating simple pops of flowers on tables as lovingly as we would the most lavish, suspending flower installation. Our flowers are sourced from local flower markets or local growers for a taste of South Africa but we can import flowers on your behalf if your floral plans are special and out of season in South Africa on your wedding day.
Yas queen! We are professional wedding planners with over eight years of experience. Our planning services include all the bells and whistles offered through our once-off services, with the companionship you need throughout your wedding planning journey. We share your most intimate moments, as soon as you’re ready to start and stick around until the last rental items have been returned to their homes. At your request, we can source and communicate with your vendors throughout the process. We do recommend that you get to know the team that will be bringing your wedding vision to life - but there will be no tears shed over 1038340340030 Google search results! Handover that gorgeous lever arch file and we’ll do the rest. Our on-the-day coordination service starts about two weeks before your wedding day. We collect all your vendor information and ask a number of questions to catch up on your wedding plan. Once we’ve laughed and cried about the highs and lows, we create a timeline or schedule that accounts for every precious minute of your wedding day. Being the honorary maid of honors that we are, we then arrive on the day, check in with you (and your tummy) before running the show from 9 am - 9 pm! It is our job to ensure that your day remains stress-free, and while we are not liable for no-shows (choose your vendors wisely, hun) we will do our best to fix any issues which arise as quickly as possible - without ruining your makeup. Coordination mode kicks in two weeks before your wedding day so you can enjoy the rest of your engagement. To start, we introduce ourselves to your squad and create a WhatsApp group for on-the-day crazies and funny GIFs. With our help and the cooperation of your vendors, we will make sure that we run as close to schedule as possible and have fun while doing it!
Our fairy lights and draping options give an ethereal and romantic look, while our festoon or cafe lights liven up every backyard or patio wedding. We love marquee letter lights - and if we don’t have the letter you need, we can make it! Our pendant lights come in a variety of bulbs and can be styled in clusters above tables, or hang from the ceiling in other designated areas. Our lighting crew is ready to install the perfect lighting for your wedding style while keeping in mind more practical lighting requirements - like your venue’s power source! While we can give you a straightforward quote for this service, site visits are sometimes required to confirm the scope of work and materials needed. We also do draping.
There’s nothing worse than mismatched stationery that clashes with your decor, styling, and flowers. Our in-house designer can take care of any or all your wedding stationery needs - save the dates, invitations, seating charts, table numbers, cake toppers, menus, thank you cards, signage...hey, we’ll even type up your vows and make ‘em pretty. While our design boff handles the tech side, your coordinator will also ensure that the stationery fits your vision, and lines up with your pocket! When browsing our packages, you will have a choice of simple paper goods or a more extravagant wedding stationery suite - no request is too big or small.
